Life can get so busy, often leaving no time to simply stop and think about the day. Think about how we have felt and check in with our emotions, this helps us digest experiences, understand our behaviors, shape our beliefs and plan our responses to situations. Asking yourself this simple question of "how am I feeling", allows you to understand you a bit more, think about your thought processes and heal. This is an exercise I often share with my clients, I am always amazed at how calming and restoring it is for them. So I'm sharing this with you this evening, giving you a tool to tap into your inner Coach and supporting you to digest and understand the day a little bit more.
